WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept PayPal. All payments are secure and we do not store any information. All information provided is for internal use by the Shop McCalman.Co team only. We do not share your information with third parties.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently our shop is equipped to ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you live outside of the U.S. or Canada, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping request.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT'S SHIPPED?

Unfortunately we cannot amend orders, but it may be possible for us to change the shipping address. Please contact us within 48 hours of your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We typically ship our orders out on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of every month.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes! Please contact us within 48 hours of your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, if the cancel request is made after that, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. We typically ship orders on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of every month.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We ship via USPS. You can track your item at USPS.com.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER – WHERE IS IT?

If you have placed a pre-order purchase, please allow extra time for those items to arrive at our store from our distributors. If you have placed an order and received a shipping confirmation from us, and still have not received your item, please contact us regarding your missing order. Be sure to include your order date and number when you reach out regarding your order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDER ITEMS?

Any order which includes pre-order items will ship once all items are available. Please stay tuned to our Instagram feed for up to date info on item availability. Orders are shipped via USPS.
